China Naitonal Chemical Fiber Corp. is one of the 500 largest major complexes in China and the largest integrated PVA fiber and non woven production base . Our main products include vinylon yarn, vinylon fiber, 90 ℃soluble fiber, PVA high & mid - strength , high & mid - modulus fiber, high strength vinylon industrial combined thread, PVA non woven .

The non woven vinylon fabric plant sets four dip thin non woven fabric production lines, produces 15 million m² fabric per year, also manufactures various kinds of product that weight is from 20g to 80g and width from 900mm to 2100mm according to customer’s requests. Following are the main kinds of product:

1. common non woven vinylon fabric

the product is made of vinylon staple fiber, it’s clean, white, ventilative and of good cross tensile strength, suitably used to make one off products for medical treatment, restaurant, travel. Also it can be used as the linings of cloth, shoe and caps as its stiffness can be adjusted to the customer’s needs.

the product is made of water soluble vinylon which dissolving temperature in water is higher than 93 ℃.

the product is made of vinylon staple in special processing. It’s of good stiffness, low tearing strength and good brittleness, suitably used as electronic embroidery cloth.

the product is made of vinylon staple using a special adhensive. Its soft, ventilative and of good evenness, high tensil strength. It’s suitable used as linings of various nap and pile clothing or made up into one off non woven product with special request on evenness.

the product is made of polyester staple and vinylon staple. It’s white and of good tensile strength, folding strength. After special processing, it’s made up into various hot melt linings and widely used as auxilliary material of clothing.
